Effective February 28, 2022 - SK government dropped all mandated requirements.
- all studio class sizes are limited to 8 people
- wearing a mask is optional.
- if you are feeling sick in any way please reschedule your visit and DO NOT ENTER THE STUDIO.
- please continue to keep some distance between yourself and other participants
- sanitization should continue to be practiced when entering and leaving the studio for your safety

Available Classes
Class Descriptions:
Boot Camp (Tuesday & Thursday)
A high intensity full body workout that keeps your heart rate up and pushes you out of your comfort zone.
Boot Camp (Monday & Wednesday)
These boot camps are geared towards incinerating body fat while added lean and defined muscle tissue.
Circuit style mixed with resistance training and cardio aspects to keep your heart rate elevated while working to achieve a full body pump. We push you out of your comfort zone to achieve that lean and mean physique you are desiring.
Senior Strength & Mobility
Low impact class gear toward those experiencing loss of mobility, that want to improve strength, balance and flexibility. Class incorporates mobility exercises, strength exercises with low weights, resistance bands and kettlebells, and finishes with stretching exercises to help increase your flexibility. Designed for seniors but would be good learning class for anyone new to exercise.
Strength & Conditioning
Circuit training combining cardio and resistance work that targets the entire body and utilizes wide variety of equipment throughout the studio.
Yin Flow - returning soon
A restorative practice for mind and body, easing muscle tension through dynamic movement and breath. A mindful practice that increases mobility, circulation and regulates energy flow.
