Changes to classes due to COVID-19:

​Effective February 28, 2022 - SK government dropped all mandated requirements.
​
- all studio class sizes are limited to 8 people
- wearing a mask is optional.
- if you are feeling sick in any way please reschedule your visit and DO NOT ENTER THE STUDIO.
- please continue to keep some distance between yourself and other participants
- sanitization should continue to be practiced when entering and leaving the studio for your safety

Available Classes

 Class Descriptions:

Boot Camp (Monday & Tuesday)
A high intensity full body workout that keeps your heart rate up and pushes you out of your comfort zone.

Ladies Bootcamp (Monday & Wednesday) 
Strength and HIIT Class, each class is different with circuits, partner work, drills, etc.

MELT for Pilates
MELT for Pilates is a blend of both the MELT Method and the STOTT Pilates mat exercises. First, we’ll use the MELT Soft Roller to prepare the body for the demands of Pilates and then we’ll use it as a prop under the ribs, pelvis or along the spine during the Pilates mat work to help bring more precision so participants get a deeper core workout while reducing the risk of injury.

​​​​Senior Strength & Mobility
Low impact class gear toward those experiencing loss of mobility, that want to improve strength, balance and flexibility.  Class incorporates mobility exercises, strength exercises with low weights, resistance bands and kettlebells, and finishes with stretching exercises to help increase your flexibility.  Designed for seniors but would be good learning class for anyone new to exercise.

Strength & Conditioning
Circuit training combining cardio and resistance work that targets the entire body and utilizes wide variety of equipment throughout the studio.
