Punch Passes

Get started at Wellness Revolution with our affordable group classes.  Get in shape, meet friends, and suffer together while you become your best self.  Hire one of our dedicated trainers to push yourself even harder. You can do it.

First class is free.  You may purchase a your class option at your first class or in advance. 
Participate in the classes you want and pay just for what you want!  There's a option for every budget.  Due to covid we have a reduction in classes available as well as limited spots per class so until further notice all class passes will be extended by 1 month (ie. 1 month options are good for 2 months)

* We accept Cash, Cheque, and e-Transfer.  Taxes extra. Classes are non-transferable and are not eligible for rollover.
Changes to classes due to COVID-19:
- all in studio class sizes are limited to 8 to ensure proper distancing
- a mask must be worn into the studio, throughout the studio and during exercise
- washrooms, change rooms and showers are available, it is recommended that you arrive in your workout attire, washrooms will be sanitized after each use
- please don't arrive more than 5 minutes prior to class
- if you are feeling sick in any way, have any symptoms please reschedule your visit and DO NOT ENTER STUDIO
- please respect social distancing rules in studio, maintaining 6ft distance
- please sanitize prior to stepping on to gym floor and prior to leaving studio, sanitizing dispensers have been set up to       accommodate this
- some classes are being offered virtually (V)

Some of these are pretty self-explanatory, but just in case you aren't quite sure, here is a description of each class:

Barre Fusion
A workout done at the ballet barre formatted to be heart pumping.  This workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe.  Combined with floor exercises it is a full body workout/

Full Body & Mobility
A strength and resistance class designed to work the full body.

HIIT Conditioning
Studio conditioning session - Be ready for some higher heart rate and sweaty workouts. These are designed in a 30-40 minute circuit using bodyweight, DB's/KB's and conditioning equipment.

Lower Body
Focus on all lower body mobility and strength training exercises.

MELT Into Pilates
MELT Into Pilates is a unique blend of the two techniques of connective tissue therapy through MELT and the strengthening/lengthening therapy of NeuroStrength & Pilates. First the MELT Soft Roller and sequences are used to better prepare the body's connective tissues by improving the environment of the neurological pathways which gives the joints and muscles the space and connection they need to facilitate proper positioning and reduce joint stress and pain in the neck, low back, hip and spine then we use the MELT Soft Roller as a communication tool to facilitate better positioning during the NeuroStrength & Pilates exercises. The Integrated MELT Into Pilates class will restore the body's natural balance, support healing and strengthening of the body as a whole while decreasing the risk of spinal compression and fixation in the ribs which can cause strain in the neck and low back.

​Senior Strength & Mobility
Low impact class gear toward those experiencing loss of mobility, that want to improve strength, balance and flexibility.  Class incorporates mobility exercises, strength exercises with low weights, resistance bands and kettlebells, and finishes with stretching exercises to help increase your flexibility.  Designed for seniors but would be good learning class for anyone new to exercise.

Yin Flow
A restorative practice for mind and body, easing muscle tension through dynamic movement and breath. A mindful practice that increases mobility, circulation and regulates energy flow.
