Meet the Trainers
Candice Schick (Ur Healthy Life)Candice has her Personal Training Specialist (2010), Aging Adult Certification (2017) and Life Coaching Certification (2011). Candice is passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. She started Ur Healthy Life in 2010, providing Personal Training, Fitness classes and Health & Wellness Coaching. In 2017, she added a certification to work more with aging adults, with a strong desire to help those transitioning into their later years with staying mobile, and building and maintaining strength and flexibility. She works with all types of goals whether it be weight-loss, maintenance, building muscle, improving and changing disempowering beliefs, and improved health conditions. Candice is dedicated to helping others live a more positive life.

Kristina Reznikov (new you personal training)Kristina is a Certified Personal Trainer through CSEP with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Helping others has always been a passion to her. Looking back to when she started her fitness journey, she remembers how difficult it was, with no idea how to use the equipment or what exercises to do. The lack of knowledge made her feel very uncomfortable and very intimidated. As a personal trainer, she wants to help people who are experiencing the same feeling. She wants to give you the knowledge and the confidence to step into the gym and be able to workout on your own!

Francisco trigoso (FT functional training and conditioning)With 4 years of experience and passion for sports such soccer and Muay Thai, Francisco loves to help people reach their goals by utilizing a progressive way of training that applies to multiple approaches to his clients goals. He is currently completing his last year of university, for his BSRS in Sport and Recreation Management.
He believes there is not only one way of success in a fitness journey, specializing in functional training and conditioning Francisco focuses on promoting active lifestyle through his programs. By developing mobility, increase strength, building muscle, and endurance he believes this will have a tremendous positive impact in a person's day-a-day. Francisco also holds a PT Global Certificate, a Behaviour Change Certificate and Muscle Clocks and the Value of Synchronized Training certificate. |
Sue rollin (rollin coaching)As a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I am on a mission to help as many women as possible find freedom from food anxiety, improve balance in their lives and build a body they love and are proud of...at any and every age!
The main focus of Rollin Coaching is to help teach, support and train women who have been in the diet mentality for a good portion of their lives. I want to end the YO-YO diet culture and teach women methods and habits, through sustainable practices, that can support them throughout their life. |
